Dietary Restrictions: No need to worry! Little Rock is very accommodating to dietary restrictions, and many of us in our Little Rock office have them as well. If you have any dietary restrictions, please note on your RSVP any restrictions for assistance during any of our meals at Camp Summit. We’re here to ensure everyone has a delicious and enjoyable experience!
Physical: All of our events are within walking distance, but if you need transportation for any offsite event due to medical reasons, talk to Cassie Patterson.
Dress Code:
Think comfort and practicality with a touch of business casual. Here are a few guidelines to help you pack.
Comfortable and Casual: Jeans and t-shirts are perfectly fine. Opt for outfits you’d feel good wearing while enjoying group activities and workshops.
Appropriate and Respectful: Please avoid anything too revealing. Aim for attire you’d be comfortable wearing in a relaxed, professional setting.
What To Bring:
Please remember to bring your laptop to all training sessions. It's essential for participating in the activities and exercises we have planned. Additionally, don't forget to bring your charger to ensure your laptop stays powered throughout the entire session. Having your equipment fully prepared will help you get the most out of the training. Thank you!

Join us at Stickyz! The buffet will open at 6:15 and includes chicken nuggets a mashed potato bar and more! Each employee will get 2 drink tickets at the door to redeem for either wine or beer. You will be able to purchase additional drinks at the bar but those cannot be expensed.

This training is for all employees. We'll walk through 4 common personality types and give best practices for working with both clients & coworkers.

10:15a | The Art and Science of the CNA Workshop
This training is for all employees. During this workshop, we'll discuss how to properly prepare for the CNA, the ultimate goals of the CNA, and the ideal flow of the CNA. We will then break into groups by market and practice conducting a CNA while keeping these goals and principles in mind. Finally, take good notes during this exercise. Later this afternoon, you will be asked to develop a customized proposal based on the outcome of this CNA.

Connecting the Dots
Between a CNA and a Proposal Discussion + One Call Close Indicators
This training is for all employees. During this session, we'll discuss when and how to customize your proposal to match the client's business goals and objectives. This will include when to make the decision to attempt to close the deal in one call or go back to the office and customize a proposal.

This training is for all employees. During this session, you will work with your market groups to create a customized proposal which will include SEM ad copy & either PT or Social creative.
Sales - Customized Proposal
Using the CNA from this morning, decide what solutions and/or packages make the most sense to match the client's business goals and objectives. Use resources at your disposal, including in the Flypaper Sales Slack Channel to help customize your proposal.
Campaign Specialist

Using the CNA from this morning, create messaging / ad copy for the ads you think would be most dynamic / get the potential customer to take action.
Product Specialist
- Design Mock Social, PT or Video Ads
Using the CNA from this morning, create messaging / ad copy for the ads you think would be most dynamic / get the potential customer to take action.
1:45p | Presentations
During this session, each group will have the opportunity to present their solutions and recommendations in a mock-role play and attempt to gain agreement in principle and price (again, based on how well your solutions match the client's needs, business goals, and objectives). Each proposal should include both mock creative + suggested ad copy.

- Holistic Account Management
In this training, we will build on what we just learned to help provide a more holistic view of account management. Goals for the session include providing service to the client that extend past cookie cutter packages and furthering your view on what it means to provide assistance to a client / coworker both before & after they require it.
